Mandala flow is a beautiful circular and spiral yoga journey, developed by senior Yoga Mandala teachers, based on our own self practice and healing through movement. We practice on the  6 foot diameter round yoga mats.  These sequences and movements help our bodies to re-remember their most natural and instinctive patterns.. which over the years may have been over ridden by learned and habitual patterning, such as sitting, driving, screen staring, sports, injuries, and subsequent tension holding.  The Mandala is a sacred or power circle, inviting you to move more freely and discover the joy of sthiram sukham - steadiness and ease,  strength and flexibility, and connecting to your own innate power centre.  This workshop is an introduction to the fundamentals of mandala flow sequences and patterning.
