 Come and join the yoga tribe for a fresh outdoor Sunday morning flow practice in the park. Stay on after and bring food (veggie) for a picnic party.  These classes will obviously be cancelled if its raining, but if the weather is warm it will go ahead, and tickets are  just £5, transferrable to the next sunny day in the event of cancellation! Bring your mat and hat....
